These Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between the Seller and the Customer and apply to all orders placed through this e-shop.
They are governed by Czech law and applicable EU consumer legislation.
2. Product Description – Mystery Scoop
The Seller offers a product called Mystery Scoop, which is a surprise package custom-assembled individually after purchase.
Each Mystery Scoop:
is assembled using a random bead selection system
each bead represents one item
1 scoop contains a minimum of 20 beads = 20 items
items are selected randomly and cannot be previewed before shipment
Product images are illustrative only.
3. Processing Time
All Mystery Scoops are custom-assembled after the order is placed.
Processing time is 2–5 business days from payment confirmation.
Processing time refers to the time required to prepare and pack the order.
Shipping time is separate and depends on the selected delivery method and destination country.
The Seller reserves the right to extend processing time in cases of high order volume or unforeseen circumstances. Customers will be informed if delays occur.
4. Minimum Guaranteed Value
Each Mystery Scoop has a minimum guaranteed retail value, which is clearly stated on the product page.
The guaranteed value is based on average retail prices within the EU market.
Retail value refers to commonly available consumer prices and does not include temporary promotions, discounts, or clearance pricing.
The guaranteed value applies only to paid items.
Free gifts are excluded from the guaranteed value.
If the minimum guaranteed value is not met, the Customer is entitled to remedies under statutory consumer protection laws.
5. Free Gifts
Some Mystery Scoops may include free gifts, which:
are provided at no additional charge
are not included in the minimum guaranteed value
may include decorative or cosmetic items
Free gifts cannot be exchanged or refunded separately.
6. Nature and Safety of Products
Customers acknowledge and accept that:
Mystery Scoop items are not toys
Items may contain small parts, which may pose a choking hazard if misused
Items are intended for general consumer, decorative, or cosmetic use
Cosmetic or decorative items should be used responsibly and in accordance with any included instructions
The Seller is not responsible for damage or injury caused by improper use.
7. Textile Items & Care Instructions
Some Mystery Scoop items may include textile products, such as accessories, makeup sponges or decorative textile items.
Textile items are supplied new and unused, but are not pre-washed
Customers are advised to wash textile items before first use, following standard care practices
The Seller is not responsible for issues arising from failure to follow basic hygiene or care recommendations
8. Customized Product & Right of Withdrawal
Each Mystery Scoop is custom-assembled after purchase based on the Customer’s selected quantity and a random selection mechanism.
In accordance with Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to this product.
9. Statutory Consumer Rights
The exclusion of the right of withdrawal does not affect the Customer’s statutory rights in cases of:
damaged items
missing items
incorrect quantity
failure to meet the stated minimum guaranteed value
In such cases, the Customer is entitled to a replacement, partial refund, or full refund in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
10. Complaints Procedure
Complaints must be submitted via email within 14 days of delivery and must include:
order number
description of the issue
photographic documentation where applicable
Complaints are handled without undue delay.
11. Pricing and Payment
All prices are stated in EUR.
The Seller is not a VAT payer. VAT is not charged in accordance with applicable thresholds.
Prices include packaging costs but exclude shipping unless stated otherwise.
12. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are shipped from the Czech Republic to EU member states.
Delivery times depend on the destination country and the selected shipping carrier.
The Seller dispatches orders within the stated processing time. Once the order has been handed over to the carrier, delivery time is determined by the carrier and destination country.
The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs procedures, or circumstances beyond the Seller’s control.
For orders delivered outside the European Union (including the United Kingdom and Switzerland), please note that import duties, customs duties, taxes (such as VAT), and handling fees may apply. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping costs and may vary depending on the total order value and the regulations of the destination country.
All such charges are the responsibility of the Customer and are typically payable upon delivery.
If the Customer refuses to accept the shipment due to these additional charges, the Seller reserves the right to deduct any return shipping costs or fees incurred from the refund.
Risk of loss or damage transfers to the Customer upon delivery.
13. Personal Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR and applicable Czech and EU legislation.
Personal data is used solely for order processing and customer communication.
14. Final Provisions
These Terms and Conditions are valid from 11.02.2026.
The Seller reserves the right to amend them.
The applicable version is always published on the e-shop.
